The Senior Operations Manager owns how the work gets done: dispatch and scheduling, crew management and hiring, fleet and safety, claims and escalations, job profitability and P&L.
You'll be based in Los Angeles and on-site, with on-call availability and weekend work during peak season — and you'll write and run the playbook for opening new markets as 4US expands regionally and nationally.
