Getting a quote for my mom's move was easy online. I also spoke with Max to get some clarification whether the movers would be able to unmount several paintings and he was super helpful. I got a quote emailed to me and another confirmation email the day before the move as well. They showed up within the promised time window and got to work quickly. I was impressed by how quickly they loaded everything. The paintings took a bit of time but that was expected and I appreciated how careful they were in wrapping them. My mom's new place is on the third floor without an elevator and the movers didn't realize until they got there but were such good sports about it.
